Julie Noack graduated in philosophy, writing two master theses, on Nietzsche and Bourdieu. After she took part in the EHVI junior lab (« Enquête sur l’homme vivant », that is: « inquiry concerning the living human being »), she created a second junior lab, « Appliquer, c’est tout un travail ! » (that is : « following rules is a full-time job ! »), in January 2015, along with Barthélemy Durrive. Presently, her research focuses on the vocational training of actors, and particularly on the relationship to one’s body that is experienced during this training.
