Professeur d’aménagement de l’Espace-Urbanisme à l’Université de Rennes 2, Guy Baudelle est titulaire d’une Chaire européenne Jean Monnet. Ses travaux menés au sein du laboratoire ESO-Rennes (UMR CNRS 6590) portent essentiellement sur la politique européenne de cohésion et la prospective territoriale à différentes échelles.
